By using the 501 website or app, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh who are registered on the 501 platform. The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. Any account created by a minor will be terminated immediately, and the associated balance may be forfeited.
501 reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account creation, security & user responsibilities
When registering with 501, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all will be terminated and any associated balance may be forfeited. 501 reserves the right to suspend an account if information provided at registration is later found to be false.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 501 support team immediately. 501 will not be held liable for any misuse of your account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the account for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 501 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals may take up to 24–72 hours to process. 501 reserves the right to hold large withdrawal amounts until identity verification is completed.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly until the relevant conditions are met. If you experience any issues with a transaction, you may contact the support team — however, the final decision rests with 501.
501 is not liable for rejected deposits or failed transactions due to technical errors. However, where a confirmed error has occurred, a reasonable resolution will be provided.

All content on the 501 platform — including logos, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is protected under 501's intellectual property rights. Copying, republishing, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
501 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious breach of terms
- Suspected fraud or deception
- Failure to Verify Identity or Providing False Information
- Attempting to breach the platform's technical systems
- Long-term inactive account
- Mandatory suspension due to legal or regulatory requirements
Whether any available balance is refunded upon permanent account closure depends on the circumstances. No balance will be returned in cases involving fraud.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Once pending bets are settled, any remaining balance will be returned.
If your account is suspended, you may appeal by contacting [email protected]. 501 will review your appeal within seven business days and inform you of the decision.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
501 may update these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
